  • BYPASS

The failure-prone harnesses on Kawasaki are known to develop corrosion which increases electrical resistance, which in turn, increases the temperature of wires to the point where connectors start melting. When this happen, the voltage regulator (and most likely the stator) is failing incurring steep repair expenses.

Our new bypass voltage regulator brings back the renowned RMSTATOR Mosfet technology with the RMSTATOR machined aluminum case in a new configuration designed to bypass the main wiring harness and connect the voltage regulator directly to the battery. This configuration has demonstrated a major increase in voltage regulator reliability in real life scenarios over the years.

  • Features

Mosfet circuit

Significantly lowers the operating temperature for an increased voltage regulator lifespan. Provide a steadier and smoother signal to the battery.

Billet aluminum housing

Runs 33% cooler than standard cast voltage regulator housings.

  • PRO-FIT System

Includes everything required to perform a RMSTATOR-style professional installation: part connectors, harness-side connectors & dielectric connector grease

This special regulator bypasses the vehicle’s failure-prone wiring harness between the regulator and battery, and instead connects directly to the battery with ring terminals for the best possible connection. For Kawasaki fitments please check your stator to regulator connector as there were 2 versions used and select the correct one. Our possible part numbers are :

  • CARMS022-106222
  • CARMS022-107616

Battery condition is extremely important. No voltage regulator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced.
