This solution kit replaces our CARM01445 stator 
Our new solution kit brings a thinner stator with included
replacement bolts which generate about 85% of the stock
stator power without impact on the battery charging.
The stator is coupled with a 50A-rated SERIES-type voltage
regulator which runs cooler by stopping the power sent to
the voltage regulator instead of shunting it to the ground.
This configuration showed no defect on our test bike
which ran for a complete summer. The testing bike had
the dreaded 500W-generating flywheel (the 370W recall
flywheel was not installed) and still run our solution kit
without issues.
